This flower arrangement has a round
walnut base and set atop it is a hollow oak log for the vase. All
of the flowers are made of cubes with brass rods as stems. All of
the cube flowers are made up of various kinds of exotic woods that
are highly polished, oiled and waxed. I gave this one to my mother
for her seventy-first birthday because she said she would like one
of my sculptures if I ever did anything she could recognize.
